Welcome Reception

We will hold this causal reception the night before the wedding to welcome you all to LA. Feel free to come and go any time between 8 and 10. We have moved this event indoors to account for the cold temperatures, but we are still at the same location: the Hilton DoubleTree in Little Tokyo.

Wedding

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Cocktail

The big day! Guests may begin arriving at 4pm for the ceremony at 4:30. If you are staying farther from the venue, keep in mind that traffic can be unpredictable!

Sunday Picnic

9:30 am - 12:30 pm

Attire: Casual

Stop by this casual get-together if you have time on your way to the airport or to your next LA activity. We will have light breakfast fare. We would love to see you there! Directions: Picnic site #4 is at the intersection of Academy Road and Stadium Way. (Google maps knows where site # 4 is, but Apple maps doesn't have it marked.) During the LA Marathon on Sunday, some park entrances may be blocked. Your best bet is to enter the park on Stadium Way from the North, right off I-5.
