Flight
Colorado Springs has a charming airport with nonstop flights from Chicago. Most other places require a layover, but Atlanta and Dallas are good connections. The short hop flight from DEN to COS can feel pretty rough.
Flight
The Denver International Airport is the 6th busiest airport in the world (in 2025) and has a ton of flight options. The gateway to the west, this airport is ideal for exploring Colorado outside of the event. DIA is roughly 80 miles from downtown Colorado Springs and our recommended hotel, so likely would need a rental car for access.
Travel Note
Car services like Uber and Lyft are easy to use, particularly from the Colorado Springs airport. A rental car may be helpful for those who prefer to fly in to Denver, or who want to visit multiple sites in the area. Public transportation is abysmal, but we are highlighting walkable spots downtown and providing transport to the venue to eliminate the need for a rental car.
Hotel
A freshly renovated boutique hotel in a historic building, central to downtown Colorado Springs. There are many good options for restaurants and activities in the walkable vicinity. We will provide shuttle services from the hotel to the event and back. Parking is available with a valet or on-street, but the area is accessible without a car! Mention Weber/Royster Wedding Room Block or use the Group code online for a preferred rate.

Travel Note
The Broadmoor Hotel (https://www.broadmoor.com/) is a legend, having been the premiere hotel in Colorado Springs since it opened in 1918 by the Penrose family. Farther from downtown but still easy access to the venue, this is a good place to strike out on your own if seeking tradition and luxury. In a similar vein, Cheyenne Mountain Resort (through Hyatt) is another good offering with a lot on site including multiple pools, golfing, tennis courts and other amenities, but less access to downtown. These spots won't have shuttle service for the event, but they're worthy of listing as alternative accommodations.
