What's the dress code?

Answer

Think of what you'd wear to a nicer dinner for a birthday. We've imagined our wedding as a massive dinner party with a celebration of our love at the beginning.

Where's the guest book?

Answer

No guest books here! Instead we ask that you share your favorite recipe with us. Callie and Shade love to cook together, and we'd appreciate remembering your place at our wedding with a recipe that you selected for us. Recipe cards will be sent out with invitations. Just drop them in the recipe box when you arrive to the venue. Callie does has a shellfish allergy, but there are no other dietary restrictions to consider.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are currently registered at Crate & Barrel. We've intentionally left our registry small, since we've been living together for a while. If you're feeling generous, we'd ask that you contribute to our cash fund, which will help us pay for our honeymoon, or to portions of the larger items that we've been saving for! If you're having trouble finding it, or the link isn't working -- we're registered under Callie's name (registry no. 6512590)

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible! We need to have final numbers to our caterers and wedding venue 2 weeks prior to the event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We have tentatively planned the ceremony to begin at 4:30pm. Arriving any more than 30 minutes early may mean you're awkwardly standing around the ceremony site while people try to put last minute touches in place!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We currently have a block at the Hampton Inn on Hanes Mall Boulevard for a reduced price ($112 + tax/night), but only 20 rooms are available. For information on how to book, look under the travel section. If you're wondering about good places to stay in Winston Salem or the surrounding area, shoot the bride or groom a text - We can always make a few recommendations based on areas of the city we think you might like!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is on site parking for all guests. There will also be a golf cart service for any guests that may have difficulty making the walk down to the ceremony site.
