The venue is a privately owned property that is being graciously rented to us. We are renting the barn and the outdoor space. The house is not part of the rental, so we ask that nobody tries to go into the house
Semi-formal/formal attire is requested. Keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside in grassy areas
Anyone who has a hard time walking from the ceremony space in the backyard to the side yard for cocktail hour is welcome to be transported via a golfcart the venue has. There are no stairs to get into the barn.
There will be a designated smoking area that the venue has requested we use. There will be signs for convenience.
The venue has a long driveway and once you go down it, there will be people to direct you where/how to park in one of the various fields near the barn and house.
We will have a bar cash bar at cocktail hour, as well as in the barn for the reception. We have hired two food trucks for catering. Thyme Traveling food truck (thymetravelingfoodtruck.com) will be offering four varieties of their fried chicken sandwiches, birria tacos, popcorn chicken, and bang-bang cauliflower, and sides. The other food truck is 3rd Alarm Wood Fired Pizza (3rdalarmpizza.com) and there will be four different pizza options as well as salad.
The hotel that we have a block at (Double Tree by Hilton in Rockland, MA) is about 15-20 minutes from the venue
The ceremony will start at 4:30pm behind the barn, by the pond. We ask kindly that you give yourself enough time for travel and parking so that we may begin on schedule. Guests may arrive anytime after 3:30pm
