Carnegie Hotel and Spa

This is the hotel that we have negotiated a rate to have the room block, and where we will be having the Bus transportation from and the morning after brunch. In order to book a room you have to call the hotel directly. The negotiated rate for the rooms are $179/night BUT YOU MUST BOOK PRIOR TO APRIL 19th to receive that rate.

Flight

TRI Airport

The closest airport for guests will be the Tri Cities airport (Airport Code TRI). It is about 20 min from the Hotel and services American, Delta and Allegiant flights. Because of how small the airport is, the prices are usually higher therefore below are some alternative options: AVL Airport - Asheville, NC airport is about an hour to the hotel and it has many additional flight options. With United, American, Delta and Allegiant flying in and out. TYS Airport - Knoxville, TN airport is about 2 hours from the hotel, but although the furthest option it does have the most flight options.

Shuttle

Ceremony and Reception Shuttle

There will be shuttle that picks up hotel guests and takes them to the church for the ceremony. Any and all guests are able to take the shuttle! After the Ceremony, there will be busses to take guests from the Church to the Reception Venue. During the Reception, they will run often back to the main hotel for those who forget their dancing shoes:)
