Maid of Honor
Madisyn and Lisa played rugby together at Calvin College. Lisa lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband, Joe, their dog Milo, and their cats, which Lisa is allergic to, Luna and Rico. Lisa is newly married, and she and Joe are renovating their new house. She loves punk music and answering FaceTime calls from Madisyn at all hours of the day and night.
Best Man
Levi and Taylor met in fourth grade. The two of them grew up together, joined the military together, and served in the same unit for ten years. Their friendship is proof that lifelong friendships are made stronger by punching each other in the face. Levi is the founder and head coach at Top Tier Boxing in Bozeman, MT, where he lives with his beautiful wife, Jessie, and their son, Cash.
Bridesmaid
Nicole is Madisyn's older sister. Nicole loves working out, baking bread from scratch, and being the best mother. She and her husband, Andy, live in Hudsonville, MI, and have three sweet kiddos: Adelynn, Brianna, and Carter, who are the flower girls and ring bearer for the wedding ceremony. Madisyn often pretends Nicole's babies are her own.
Groomsman
Alex is the only guy ever to transfer from the Air Force to the Army, but if it weren't for that incredible lapse in judgment, he and Taylor would not have become such great friends during flight school at Mother Rucker. He currently serves in the same unit as Taylor, and the two of them are virtually inseparable. (Madisyn says they're boyfriends)
Bridesmaid
Aubrey is married to Madisyn's brother, Tyler, and the two live in Jenison, Michigan. Aubrey is technically a sister-in-law, but feels like a real sister to Madisyn. Aubrey and Tyler have a sweet baby girl named Marley, and another baby due in September of this year! Aubrey is a talented sourdough baker, loves playing around with photography, and is the sweetest ginger you'll ever meet.
Groomsman
Caden is Taylor's younger brother, the youngest of the three, and his mom's favorite. He is an accomplished baseball player and hunter, and, since there are no Apache units in the Montana National Guard, Caden became a Chinook crew chief in Helena, MT.
Bridesmaid
London and Madisyn became fast friends when their fellas introduced them. London is a talented teacher and an amazing mother of two kids, Henry and Elora, whom she shares with her husband, Denny. London enjoys cooking new recipes for her family and hiking in the most beautiful locations in Montana. Someday, Madisyn and Taylor dream of moving into Denny and London's backyard and having a homestead together in the mountains.
Groomsman
Denny and Taylor bonded in college at The University of Montana, routinely conquering long rucks, mountains of nachos, and rivers of beer. Denny went on to jump out of perfectly good airplanes with the 82nd and later became a firefighter in Missoula, MT, where he lives with his lovely wife, London, and their two kids, Henry and Elora.
Bridesmaid
Maggie and Madisyn became lifelong friends at Calvin College. The two hit it off with their shared interests of hiking, hammocking, enjoying nature, and listening to live music together. Maggie was brave enough to visit Madisyn and Taylor in Montana during COVID, where the two showed her around Glacier NP. Maggie and her husband, Kenny, just welcomed their first baby boy, Lane Rodney, earlier this April! Congratulations to the new mama.
Groomsman
Kevin and Taylor met through mutual friends in the military. He's one of the most generous people. If it weren't for Kevin letting Taylor rent his spare room, Madisyn and Taylor would never have met. Kevin is a realtor in Kalispell, MT (Montana is full, so don't bother asking), where he lives with his wonderful wife, Ashley, and their two kids, Theodore and Sophia.
Bridesmaid
Ashley and Madisyn used to work together remotely as graphic designers. While the company failed, their friendship is stronger than ever. Ashley and her husband, David (whom Madisyn refers to as Pure Jenks), live in Grand Rapids, MI, with their mainecoone's Sylivie and Loki. Ashley has an amazing design eye, enjoys fitness, and a strong cocktail.
Groomsman
Curtis is often the life of the party. He and Taylor were introduced by their wives after Madisyn and Taylor moved to New Braunfels, TX. They sparked an immediate friendship and can often be found at the shooting range or the cigar lounge. Curtis is a talented musician, and the only thing more refined than his taste in music is his lovely wife, Heather.
Bridesmaid
Jill and Madisyn met at Fort Rucker, AL, while their men were in flight school. Jill was pregnant with her daughter, Scarlett, during this time. She and Madisyn would often go on long walks, go paddleboarding, and spend time at the beach together. Without Jill, Madisyn would have died of boredom in Alabama. Jill, her husband, Chris, and their two daughters, Bella and Scarlett, currently live in Delaware.
Groomsman
Ben and Taylor have known each other since middle school. They served together in the military. Taylor will never forget Ben's birthday because they once spent it crammed in the back of a Bradley in the middle of the desert. Ben was nice enough to give Madisyn and Taylor tickets to a Griz game for one of their first dates. They later recreated their first picture there, where Taylor made his proposal. (Navigate over to the Gallery to see these photos.)
Bridesmaid
Morgan is joining the Kuipers family and marrying Madisyn's brother, Cameron, this fall. Morgan and Cameron live in Pittsburgh and have been renovating a duplex together the last few years. Morgan is a talented marketer and graphic designer. She enjoys making thoughtful gifts on her Cricut and playing with her and Cam's two dogs, Nala and Remi.
Groomsman
Jack is Taylor's younger brother, the middle child through and through. Jack got the natural athletic ability that must have skipped over Taylor. He excelled in college football at The University of Montana Western and currently resides in Missoula, MT.
