Klondike Cabins

The Klondike Cabins Retreat is where most of our wedding party and out-of-town guests will be staying for the duration of the weekend. This 42 acre property boasts 3 cabins, a lake, walking trails and is walking distance to Grassy Creek Vineyard. It is a 7 minute drive from our venue. The main cabin, where our wedding party will be staying, has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a spacious common area, an industrial size kitchen, covered front porch, wood burning fireplaces and a 40-person dining room. We will most likely be hosting our rehearsal dinner here. The Hanes Cabin and Playhouse Cabin both feature 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and are a quick walk from the main cabin. Additionally, there is a gaming cabin on site with a pool table, poker table, bar, televisions, stereo-system and bathroom. Check-in is Friday, June 18th at 4pm and check out is Sunday June 20th at 11am. All lodging will be complementary but rooms will be assigned.

Elkin Creek Vineyard and Winery Rental Cabins

There are 4 cabins on the vineyard itself that we have booked specifically for a few members our wedding party and ourselves. These cabins are located off of the first right turn into the vineyard and signage is posted as well. Bridesmaids- this is where we will be getting hair and makeup done for the day. A golf cart will be available to shuttle to and from the cabins and venue.

This is best and closest hotel to the vineyard as the Fairfield Inn and Suites is already booked full for the weekend. The hotel has a small complementary breakfast and outdoor pool and is only 10 minutes away.

Frog Holler Cabins & Wine Tours

Frog Holler cabins is a campground about 5 minutes away from our venue. The grounds offer 5 cabins, each with full kitchen, bedroom and hot tub! Winery tours and in-room massages are also available. Note: the cabins are located on steep hills and gravel roads. The area is very dark at night. 4 wheel drive, although not necessary, is recommended.
