Are kids invited?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Is there a shuttle to and from the cabins to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there is no need for a shuttle as Klondike cabins are only 8 minutes away and there is ample parking on site. There are directional signs throughout the vineyard to show you where to go. Parking is behind the main building, with an overflow lot available and clearly marked. There are a few cabins on site where some guests will be staying, if you prefer not to drive at the end of the night. Please reach out to us if this interests you!

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Please be sure to let us know who you're bringing in advance, so we can be sure they feel included!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want to make sure you feel comfortable! Remember that the ceremony will be outdoors by a river, so there are some steps to walk down and the ground will be sandy. Even though it will be an outdoor wedding in mid-June, the weather is pretty temperate and we will be in the shade.

What is the picture/social media policy?

We prefer to have an unplugged ceremony. We want you to be in the moment, celebrating with us. After that time, you can go wild!

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will be in harvest barn, right up the hill from the ceremony site. No driving to a secondary location is needed!

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We don't want anyone to go hungry! Dinner will be served "family style" meaning waiters will bring your food to the table in large serving dishes, and these will be passed around for each person to serve their own plate. That way you can get as much or as little as you want!
