Your Weekend Itinerary

Welcome to Grand Rapids!

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

If you're in town on Friday evening, come say hi and join us for a drink! We know the wedding day will be a blur, and we'd love to spend as much time as possible with our friends and family—particularly those of you who are travelling to Grand Rapids to celebrate with us! We'll be having a private Rehearsal Dinner with our immediate family and bridal party at Bistro Bella Vita until 8pm, then we'll open the doors from 8-10 PM for any of our wedding guests to come join. There will be drinks and some light bites, so check out one of our recommended restaurants for dinner, then stop in for a nightcap. We'd love to see you there! The welcome event will be in Bistro's private dining area, The Woodrick Room, which has a separate entrance off Cesar Chavez (the road bordering the restaurant on the West/non-arena side; there are glass double doors right before the garage with "Woodrick Room" above them). It's an easy 5-minute walk from The Canopy Hotel (and most other downtown stays).

The Wedding, Cocktail Hour, & Reception

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

We wanna see all you looking gooooooood in your formal attire.

We're so lucky to be holding our ceremony and reception at the same venue! Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m., followed by an on-site cocktail hour (with live jazz!) as the venue is flipped from ceremony to reception. Around 6:30 p.m., we'll kick off the reception and, following dinner, will dance the night away! As you all know, we love a dance floor, so let's make this one HYPE from start to finish. Can't wait to celebrate with you!
