Another popular lodging option is renting a vacation home or condo. There are many vacation homes in the area that can accommodate anywhere from 2-20+ guests. Things to keep in mind: -I recommend searching on a map for a vacation home that is near our venue. Our venue is Headwaters River Journey - 730 Baker Dr First Floor, Winter Park, CO 80482. Another good reference point is Hernando's Pizza Pub as it is right next door. -Be sure to look at night minimums -Book soon! Winter Park has many events over the summer, so vacation homes book quickly -If you are looking at properties that aren't walking distance to the venue, I recommend looking in Fraser rather than at the base of Winter Park (the ski area). Fraser is the next town over and is actually closer to the venue.
