Winter Park is a 2.5 hour drive west on i-70. The drive is mountainous and you will have to go over Berthoud Pass.
While we love the kiddos, the wedding is adults only. Kids are welcome for the rest of the weekend.
There will be no formal transportation to the wedding, but there will be a shuttle running from 10:30pm to 2:30am for guests to use to get home safely. The shuttle will make multiple trips from the venue and after party location and take guests to their accommodations. The last ride at 2:00am is reserved for the wedding party.
A good option is to rent a car at the airport and have it with you for the weekend. There is also a free shuttle service in Winter Park that runs all day from 7am-2:30am. It stops right outside our venue. You can view more information here: https://www.theliftwp.com/summer-fra-black. You are also welcome to use the reserved shuttle service after the wedding.
Yes, the Headwaters Center has free parking. You are welcome to leave your car there overnight.
No, Uber and Lyft are not reliable in Winter Park.
The first option is to rent a car. We recommend carpooling for the weekend. There is also a shuttle service that you can reserve that takes you from the airport to Winter Park. You must reserve a seat. You can find more information here: https://www.winterparkresort.com/plan-your-trip/getting-here/ride-to-wp.
