Our Story
Ellie & Ryan met almost 10 years ago through their part time jobs in college (thanks UF Recsports). They had a lot of mutual friends and got to know each other in passing as they were clocking in/out of their respective fitness classes. After they graduated they always kept up with one through social media.
In early 2020 and early pandemic days they started reconnecting and realized there was something there. While Ellie was "temporarily" working remotely and living in Florida the two met up for the first time in 3 & 1/2 years. Everything clicked and they quickly realized that they were each other's missing person and immediately decided to give it a real shot.
Now they (including their cat Danvers) have called San Francisco home for over 2 years and enjoy the natural beauty of California and all the outdoor activities the state has to offer. Ryan proposed while the pair was hiking on the coastline of Point Reyes National Seashore.
