Fitness chic

As some of you know, both Wayne and Laurie are SoulCycle aficionados so we are hosting a class with anyone that wants to join for some great music in a dark room on bikes that go nowhere. Come join us for a 10am SoulCycle ride - class is 45 minutes long. Come early - 9:45 - to sign up, sign your waiver, get set up on a bike and drink coffee and eat pastries from Maman. Class is limited to 50 people so please RSVP. Once we have 50 people, we will remove the RSVP function. RSVP function has been quirky so reach out to Wayne and Laurie. SoulCycle will require that any new riders (anyone who has never been to SoulCycle before) fill out a new rider waiver and bring it with them to the ride. There will also be additional waivers at the studios. Please also create an account online in advance. Shoes & Water: Will be included for the entire group. Please note that all riders must bring proof of vaccination in order to ride. You must show your proof of vaccination before class.
