Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive to the venue 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow time to get seated. The ceremony begins at 4pm, so pease arrive by 3:45pm.

Is there parking available near the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is onsite parking available with attendants who will direct you where to park. From the parking area, you have the option to walk to the ceremony site or if required, golf carts are available to shuttle you to the site as well.

Are the Ceremony and Reception held at separate locations?
Answer
No! All wedding events (Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception) will be held on Avonlea Farms premises. Some walking from area to area may be required. Golf carts will be available to help you get from one area to the other to keep the festivities going!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be held in a greenhouse with a pavilion attached. The greenhouse is an enclosed, heated area, but the attached pavilion is open to outside.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is Cocktail Attire. We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie or bowtie and women wear cocktail dress. There are no specific color requirements, so wear whatever you feel comfortable and confident in to be able to celebrate with David and Taylor.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
Yes. We will have an option to specify your dietary needs/allergies on the online RSVP. Our vendors will have a meal that is accommodating to any allergies and dietary restrictions.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
During the ceremony, we ask that our guests do not take photos or videos with their phones or cameras as David and Taylor want everyone to be present in the moment with them. Following the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures, videos and selfies as your would like throughout the Cocktail Hour and Reception.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner and dessert. Late night snacks will also be offered during the Reception.
