We recommend you fly in and out of Burbank Bob Hope Airport. It will be a little bit closer to our venue, but can have fewer flight options as it is a smaller airport. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) will be just fine! Just be prepared for some traffic :)

Travel Note
Those traveling from Central and Eastern Time
I recommend you fly in on Wednesday, 10/7 to ensure you do not miss our welcome dinner on Thursday 10/8. You will gain time flying in but it is often hard to find direct flights from Alabama to LA, plus there will be traffic getting from the airport to the hotel. We want you all to join us for every event so please travel accordingly if possible! However if you are just planning to attend the ceremony that's wonderful! The welcome dinner is an open event but we understand that travel in the middle of the week can be challenging, so please do whatever is best for you!
