Disneyland Park
If you have any flexibility in your travel schedule we highly recommend a day at Disneyland/California Adventure! It’s much smaller than Disney World but is the original park. You can easily do both Disneyland and California Adventure in one day with a park hopper pass. Plus, it will be decorated for Halloween which is my favorite time to be there!
Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood
For movie buffs, the Warner Bros Studio Tour is really fun! It’s a little pricey but you get to go all around the lot, see Stars Hollow (of Gilmore Girls), go in a studio, and take pictures on the Central Perk couch (of Friends). There’s also a fun Harry Potter exhibit with a sorting hat to find out your house!
Ojai
One of our favorite little mountain towns with great wine tasting and quaint small town vibes. There’s a super funky and cool book store, and it’s only 20 ish minutes from Camarillo. We recommend Ojai Vineyard tasting room!
Ventura
If you want beach vibes, Ventura is just 15-20 minutes from Camarillo! There’s a great brewpub on the boardwalk, and some cool beachside shops. The pacific ocean is always freezing, so my friends and fam who go to the Gulf need to practice some caution before diving in
Camarillo Premium Outlets
We have not been to these outlets but all of our people from this area are jazzed about getting some shopping in before the wedding. So, if you love outlets it sounds like these are some of the best!
