What is the shuttle schedule?

Answer

Busses arriving at The Palmer House at 3:30 and departing at 3:40 Busses arriving at Stratton Resort at 3:20 and leaving at 3:30 Two busses will be running form the Equinox. Bus 1 arrives at the Equinox at 3:10 and leaves at 3:20, Bus 2 arrives at 3:25 and departs at 3:35. Returning busses depart from the reception at 9:15, 11:00, and 1:00 AM.

Is there rideshare available?

Answer

No - there is not. Vermont is a rural state outside of Burlington. Please plan to use the shuttles located at the Equinox, Palmer House, and Stratton room blocks or find a designated driver. You do not need to be staying at the hotel to use the shuttle service.

Where should I park if I'm planning to drive?

Answer

Lot A is available for guest parking

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

No - please refrain from using your phone for photos or videos during the ceremony.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Although we adore your kids, due to space constraints we ask that only adults attend. There is very limited space, so regrettably only age 15+ are invited to attend. Please reach out to Matthew directly if this is a concern.

Why Londonderry?

Answer

Magic Mountain Ski Area is a ski mountain located in southern Vermont. In the 80's, Emily's paternal grandparents Tom and Maria Walsh purchased a condo at the base of the mountain. Over the years this condo has been a constant home base for the Walsh family. The mountain is so well-loved in their family that when Tom and Maria passed, their ashes were spread at the top of the mountain. Having the wedding on the mountain not only provides a gorgeous view but a sentimental element to the ceremony.

What will the weather be like in August in Vermont?

Answer

The average temperature in Londonderry in August for a typical day ranges from a high of 77°F to a low of 58°F with low humidity. Some would describe it as pleasantly warm, and cool in the evening.

Do I need to stay at a hotel in the room blocks to use the shuttle?

Answer

No - we encourage everyone to use the shuttles. Please feel free to stay nearby and walk to and from the pick up and drop off points.

The shuttles will be picking up and dropping off from The Equinox, The Palmer House, and Stratton Mountain Resorts.
