We are getting married at the Princess Anne Country Club (38th St) at the Oceanfront. We have room blocks at Hyatt Place (36th St), Hilton Garden Inn (33rd St), Hilton (31st St), & Delta Hotel (At the Bay - 12 min from venue). Links below. Note that the Hilton on 31st will be a little "livelier", as there will be live music from Funk Fest (a beachfront concert fest) and more going on around there versus the 37th-42nd St area. It will be louder the more south you go.
**We recommend staying at the Historic Cavalier, Marriott, or Embassy Suites if you want a vacation vibe - all located at 42nd Street. They do not allow for room blocks, but have beautiful pools and Cavalier provides for a private Beach Club.
You can rent beach houses on Airbnb & VRBO in the North End - We recommend 40th St and above. Also, Atkinson Realty has some good rentals.
**IMPORTANT NOTE ON VB EVENTS: Funk Fest is on 30th St that weekend and The East Coast Surfing Championships (surfecsc.com) are at 1st St Jetty.
