Travel
We have chosen not to reserve a formal room block, as our wedding weekend will take place across several areas of Charlotte and Concord. Rather than having guests stay in one specific location, we wanted everyone to have the flexibility to choose accommodations that are most convenient for their weekend plans.
Guests may enjoy staying in Charlotte, which offers easy access to restaurants, shopping, and activities, or in Concord for a location closer to the wedding venue. We recommend choosing the area that best fits your plans for the weekend.
We encourage guests to book accommodations early, as December is a popular time to visit the Charlotte area.
Flight
Charlotte Douglas International Airport
The closest major airport to Charlotte, located about 25–30 minutes from Uptown Charlotte and approximately 35–45 minutes from The Hotel Concord. CLT offers the widest selection of flights and is the recommended airport for most guests.

Concord-Padgett Regional Airport
A convenient option for guests looking for affordable flight options through airlines such as Allegiant and Avelo. Located just minutes from The Hotel Concord, this airport can be a great choice for guests staying in the Concord area.
