Please RSVP by November 10, 2026 so we can finalize our guest count with our vendors. If you're unable to attend, we appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible.
Our guest list is limited to those listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, it will appear on your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding will be adults only. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together.
Our dress code is Formal.
Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and finding your seat. The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:30.
Both our ceremony and reception will be held at The Hotel Concord. Visit the Schedule or Travel page for the address and directions.
Yes! There is a public parking garage just around the corner from our venue that offers free parking on the weekends. This parking garage is located at 28 Cabarrus Ave W, Concord, NC, 28025. There will also be 2 handicap spots available directly at the venue for any guests that may need them.
We have not reserved a formal room block since our wedding events are spread across Charlotte and Concord. We wanted to give guests the flexibility to choose accommodations most convenient for their plans.
For out-of-town guests, we recommend flying into Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), located just 40 minutes from our venue.
We're planning to have an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away until after we say "I do." Once cocktail hour begins, we'd love for you to snap away the rest of the night and share your favorite moments!
Yes! We'll have an open bar throughout the evening.
Of course! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you RSVP, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
Yes! You can find our registry on the Registry page of our website. Your presence is truly the greatest gift, but if you'd like to celebrate with a gift, we're incredibly grateful for your generosity.
Whether you're making a weekend of it or just have a few extra hours, there are plenty of great restaurants, shops, parks, and local attractions nearby. Check out our Travel and Things to Do page for some of our favorite recommendations!
We recommend driving or using a rideshare service. If you choose to drive, there is a complimentary parking deck within easy walking distance from the venue. Please allow extra travel time for your journey, particularly if you're traveling from Charlotte, as traffic can be unpredictable.
