Wedding Ceremony

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive early to allow plenty of time for parking, making your way to the venue, and finding your seat before the ceremony begins. To ensure the ceremony starts on time and remains uninterrupted, the ceremony doors will close once the processional begins. Guests arriving after the start time will be invited to join us during cocktail hour. Complimentary weekend parking is available at the W. Brian Hiatt Municipal Parking Garage, located at 28 Cabarrus Avenue W, Concord, NC 28025, just around the corner from the venue. The venue also has two designated handicap parking spaces available for guests who may need them.

Following the ceremony, join us for cocktail hour featuring passed hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, and time to relax and celebrate with friends and family before dinner.
Wedding Reception
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm

The reception will begin at 6:00 PM with dinner, drinks, and an evening of celebration. Dinner will be served buffet-style, followed by our wedding cake for dessert. After dinner, we’ll hit the dance floor and keep the celebration going throughout the night. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!
