Please RSVP by September 1, 2026. While we personally tend to operate with a slightly lower sense of urgency, our vendors unfortunately do not. This helps us finalize seating, catering, transportation, and all of the weekend details ahead of time.
We’ve reserved room blocks at both the CatBird and Cambria Hotels, each conveniently located near the wedding weekend events. Additional booking details can be found under the “Travel” tab above. There are also plenty of Airbnb and VRBO options throughout RiNo and surrounding neighborhoods. Since Denver is a popular travel destination, there are usually a wide range of options at different price points depending on how close you’d like to stay to the wedding events. For guests planning to make a longer weekend out of the trip or travel with a group, an Airbnb or VRBO may be a great option.
We know many of our guests are parents, but our wedding weekend will primarily be adults-only unless children are specifically listed on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and are looking forward to celebrating together!
Because most of the wedding weekend events, hotels, and after party locations are all within walking distance of one another, we will not be providing formal shuttles. That said, we want everyone to get around safely and easily throughout the weekend, so we’ll be providing Uber ride vouchers for transportation between wedding events and hotels. Additional details, including how to redeem the vouchers in the Uber app, will be shared closer to the wedding weekend. Please note that vouchers will only be valid within a designated area around downtown Denver/RiNo during the wedding weekend timeframe (valid from 6:00 PM on Thursday, October 1 through 6:00 PM on Saturday, October 3).
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so we recommend arriving around 4:00 PM to get settled before the ceremony starts.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors, while cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will be indoors. Early October in Denver is usually beautiful, but temperatures can vary quite a bit throughout the day, so we’d recommend checking the forecast closer to the weekend and dressing/layering accordingly.
Your presence at our wedding is truly more than enough, especially since most of our guests are traveling to celebrate with us in Colorado. For those who have asked, we’ve chosen to keep things simple and have set up a future home fund in place of a traditional registry as we save toward a down payment on a house. Contributions are completely optional, but deeply appreciated as we start this next chapter together. Additional details can be found under the “Registry” tab above.
