Maid of Honor
Kristen credits all of her questionable life decisions to Lexi, as there is a common theme: Lexi is always there for those moments. Maybe it's because she is loyal? Maybe it's because she's a bad influence? Either way, Lexi was there and supported Kristen's horrendous red hair decision of sophomore year, Kristen's 2015 "Drawn-on-too-thick" eyebrows, and her obsessive cheerleading talk. She is always by Kristen's side at the end of a fun night... but mainly because we only have one bathroom floor. When Dylan is told that she is visiting, he already knows to buy the Pedialyte, be the DD, and sleep on the couch. In their 14 years of friendship, Kristen couldn't imagine having anyone else by her side as her maid of honor!
Best Man
Dylan and Tony grew up together in what can only be described as the "School of Hard Knocks". As relentless competitors, these two consistently pushed each other to be better through pure, unfiltered competition. From baseball diamonds and backyard basketball courts to fantasy football and "NBA 2k12", Dylan and Tony never turned down an opportunity to earn bragging rights. A mysterious man with two first names, Anthony “Tony” is a fiercely loyal friend with a new found southern charm. At the reception, you’ll surely find Tony singing a duet of “Rolling in the Deep” by Adele alongside Dylan. Or challenging you to an arm wrestling match. Who knows.
Bridesmaid
Kelly is always the life of the party and is significantly cooler than her future husband - Josh Wakeford. When she is not having fun with friends, you can typically find her: Enjoying the ambiance of Josh's guitar radiating through the house at any hour of the day OR crying outside of Universal Studio's replica of Hogwarts. As Kristen become a Williams, she is so excited to have Kelly by her side & officially pass off the Wakeford torch.
Groomsman
Like Tony, Deane was also a founding member of the "School of Hard Knocks". But for what Deane lacked in athletic ability, he made up for with his sharp wit and stinging insults in the heat of competition. Dylan can always count on Deane for a good time, as he brings the class and sophistication that can only be received from a Cleveland-based investment banker. He will undoubtedly use his Hasselhoff-esque bravado to strike up a lighthearted conversation with you at the reception.
Bridesmaid
Nikki is THAT friend. You know what I'm talking about – The one who you can complain to about anything and she'll be at your door with a bottle of wine (or two), ready for a girl's night. Nikki will always make sure you are looking your absolute best, as she never fails to let Kristen know that she needs to brush her hair when it's looking like a mess at work. When Nikki is not waking up at 3:30am for her Orange Theory shifts, you can find her snuggling up to her pup Timber, watching "Friends" re-runs, or taking OTF classes (unless it's raining outside – then it's a no from her). She is a loyal friend and Kristen is so excited to have her by her side on her wedding day!
Groomsman
Mr. Joe and Dylan first met on the rowdy floor 5 of Park-Stradley Hall and formed a strong friendship over many late-night euchre games and Friday happy hours at Bernie’s. Joe is a laid back guy who is always up for adventure. Whether it’s a trip to the Rocky Mountains or playing a round on every golf course in Columbus, Dylan can always rely on Joe. At the reception, you’ll likely find Joe by the bar enjoying a fresh Ohio-based craft beer and discussing golf or his last-place fantasy football team.
Bridesmaid
Rachel's claim to fame is being the smartest Williams in the family (until 10-16-21) and looking strikingly similar to former Clemson Quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Although she has the brains, she does lack basic skills – such as how to win the game Aggravation, LIFE, or Playstation's Grinch. She is the true definition of "find yourself a girl who can do both", as on the weekdays you can find her making responsible decisions like studying for her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy exams and on the weekends you can find her at Out-R-Inn or slapping the Franzia bag at block. Rachel is the little sister Kristen never knew she needed, but the bond is unbreakable because of their shared annoyance of Dylan.
Groomsman
Josh is known as the rockstar of the Wakeford clan. No, literally. This dude is in like 3 different bands. However, all that macho-man rockstar flair cannot hide his naturally nerdy personality. Josh is a truly friendly soul who never shies from a conversation. Dylan is looking forward nerding-out over Star Wars and various video games at the dinner table with his future brother-in-law. Hungover? Need a midnight snack? Find Josh after the reception and he’ll hook you up with his world-famous Tyson® frozen chicken nuggets and 5-sauce plate.
Officiant
Gary is the Uncle and Godfather to Kristen. Kristen grew up just a couple streets away from her cool "Uncle Dude" and Aunt Wendie, so naturally she spent a large portion of her childhood around them. Gary has an impressive resumé including his business adventures of CEO, CRO, President, National Sales Director, but is more known for his charismatic personality and kind heart above anything else. Gary can light up a room with his story-telling and finds joy in sharing laughs with his loved ones.
