Short North Arts District
Short North Arts District is the place to be on weekends in the Columbus! Located right next to Downtown, Short North has hundreds of local businesses ranging from our favorite bars and restaurants to art galleries and small retail stores. Scioto Mile Promenade
The Scioto Mile Promenade is located in the heart of Downtown Columbus and is the perfect spot to take a scenic walk/jog. There are always city-wide events & festivals here throughout the year. Fun fact: This is also where Dylan proposed!
Columbus Zoo and Aquarium
Ranked #4 in the nation by USA Today, the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium is always a fun time! During October weekends, there is "Boo at the Zoo" which will have Halloween themed activities that begin at 5 p.m. on Fridays & 10 a.m. on Saturday/Sunday. The festivities will continue into the evening all weekend, closing at 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 8 p.m. on Sundays.
