ARE Kids and babies INVITED?

Answer

We kindly request this be an adult-only wedding. We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating. Thank you for your understanding.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests will be allowed on-site at 4:30. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm. Please allow yourself enough time to travel to the venue but be aware that you will not be allowed onsite if arriving before 4:30 pm.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we kindly request to just have your presence at the wedding. Thank you!

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Our wedding will be held outdoors surrounded by beautiful cacti and plants. So think festive, colorful garden plant party if that helps. Traditional Ao Dais are also encouraged if you have them!

Are Masks Required?

Answer

On April 27, the CDC released a number of new guidelines for fully vaccinated individuals. People who have received both doses of the vaccine can now forgo wearing a mask when participating in most outdoor activities. Our wedding will be held outdoors. Masks are welcomed but not required.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony and invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony, so please turn off all phones and cameras. Thank you. Though our I Do’s are unplugged, our reception is not. You’re free to capture those memories at cocktail hour and the reception!

Will there be parking?

Answer

There will be parking onsite if you plan on driving. We also recommend carpooling, taking uber/lyft/taxi, or utilizing the free shuttle service from the Hyatt hotel.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY?

Will I need to be vaccinated or provide a negative COVID test?

Answer

The health of our friends and loved ones are of the utmost importance. To ensure the safety of everyone, we kindly request that all our guests provide proof of vaccination or a negative covid test within 72 hours of attending. Please send us your confirmation in any manner you feel most comfortable. If you have a fever or any COVID symptoms leading up to the event, we kindly ask you to stay home for the sake of your own health and our loved ones. Walgreens is a great resource that offers free and efficient COVID testing. We can offer assistance in finding test locations to anyone who needs it.
