Shuttle from downtown Cville to the venue!

November 16, 2024 1:45 pm - 10:00 pm

The shuttle buses will arrive at 1:45 PM and depart promptly at 2:00 PM from the bus stop located behind the Omni Charlottesville Hotel. We have arranged for two large buses, which will accommodate all wedding guests. If you didn't RSVP but still need or want to take the shuttle, you're welcome to join! We recommend arriving at the Omni early to enjoy a drink at their beautiful Conservatory bar. Then exit through the glass doors at the back and head up the stairs to the bus stop. Trevor Bruley and Laurie Reeves will be there to assist everyone in boarding and to kick off the party vibes! The buses are large white motor coaches from Ambassador Limousine. Please be at the bus stop no later than 1:45 pm for boarding.

CHO (Charlottesville Airport)

Charlottesville has a small airport available! If you're able to fly in directly to Charlottesville, it will help cut down additional travel details for you.

Dulles or Reagan National Airport

As two bigger airports in the DC area, you may find cheaper flights! The Amtrak Regional train has direct lines from DC to Charlottesville, and back. The Amtrak station is located in the downtown area of Cville, so if you have time in your schedule, it's easier and cheaper to get here.

RIC (Richmond International Airport)

Richmond has another airport that might be less expensive to fly into than Charlottesville directly! However, you would likely need a rental car if you want to join us for the after-party or wish to take advantage of our provided shuttle transportation from Cville.

A mid-high tiered hotel, this is right off of the downtown walking mall, and is centrally located. Check-in time is 4:00 pm. We recommend booking your room the night before to guarantee your room at an earlier time. You may request a 12:00 pm check-in time, subject to availability, and additional fees will apply. Early check-in is only offered upon availability and is not guaranteed.

Another budget-friendly option, this Best Western puts you closer to the venue if you plan on driving yourself! You cannot catch an Uber/Lyft to downtown Charlottesville or the Venue as this is a more remote location.
