We, along with our families, will be staying at Bahia Principe Akumal for the duration of our trip. We have reserved a block of 13 rooms at this resort for our guests. We have reserved a 7 night block of rooms from Thursday, May 3 to Thursday, May 10, 2018. Guests are allowed to book any number of nights in this 7 night window. If any of our guests wish to stay nights outside of this window, they can book additional nights at the current room rate of the resort.
Flight
Airfare
As our guests are traveling from different airports across the country to join us in Mexico, Apple Vacations will not include a group airfare in the booking. Flights can be booked independently by each guest, however flight information including time, flight number and airport information must be communicated to Apple Vacations by April 3, 2018. This deadline is to ensure that your free airport transportation to and from the resort is set up in time for your arrival and departure. All flights should be scheduled to fly in to the Cancun (CUN) airport in order to receive Apple Vacations free transportation.
