3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
There is plenty of on-site parking! There are 40 spots in the front surface lot and 1,000 spots in the adjoining parking ramp. Please dress for a wedding celebration. Suits are not required. Pants, dresses, and button down, or polo shirts are perfect. Ties are optional. Please dress for the August weather and wear your dancing shoes.
The ceremony will be officiated by Natalie Lundahl, a friend to both Vishal and Andy. This will be a non-religious ceremony, though some elements will be drawn from Nepali culture. The primary language will be English, but there may be some components in Nepali. We invite you to enjoy the moment and we are incredibly joyous to have you join us!

Cocktail hour will begin right after the ceremony concludes. Family members are requested to remain in the ceremony space for a short time after the ceremony for photographs. Friends may move through the double doors to the adjacent Reception space that includes the bar. Vishal and Andy are hosting wine, beer, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Weather permitting, guests are invited to go to the charming patio connected to the Reception space to mingle before dinner. For those of you who RSVP "Yes", we are gathering additional information on the RSVP to help us with planning the hosted wine and beer. We are aiming to host two drinks per adult of wine or beer. Please indicate on your RSVP if you prefer: wine (hosted), beer (hosted), cocktail (cash bar), or non-alcoholic only (hosted).
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Let's be honest, the dinner is arguably the best part of any wedding reception! You are in for a treat as our dinner will be a buffet of savory Nepali and Indian dishes catered by a local company called the Himalayan Restaurant. We picked our favorite dishes and selected a wide variety to accommodate different dietary restrictions including: vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and nut-free. There will be plenty of time for those who wish to make a return trip or two to the buffet once all guests have been through the line once. For those who like to plan ahead, please note that we will not be serving any dessert so make the most of the savory cuisine!
7:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Vishal and Andy have so many amazing family members and friends who we could of chosen to make wedding toasts. We selected several people who know both of us well and who can share their unique perspectives of us individually and as a couple.
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Vishal and Andy will kick-off the dance following the toasts. The dance will be in the same space as the ceremony, which is next to the Reception (dinner) space. The best place to find us during the final portion of the reception will be out on the dance floor. We invite all to come join us and to move to the beat of some great music. For those needing a break between songs, the Reception space will be a quieter option where guests will be able to hear each other and continue their dinner conversations.
10:00 pm - 10:15 pm
We realize that we picked a Sunday for our wedding and that local guests may need to work the next day and many guests may be driving up to an hour to return to their hotels following the reception. Our time for hugs and farewells will be limited, so if we miss you know that we deeply appreciate your presence at our wedding ceremony and reception and we look forward to being in touch with you soon!
