1. What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code will be specified on the invitation which will be sent out 6 months before the wedding. Please check for any details regarding formal or casual attire and remember to consider the climate if it's a tropical or beach wedding.

2. How do I RSVP for the wedding?

Answer

Please RSVP through our wedding website so that I can keep head count and to officially reserve your room please go to the Yellow Umbrella link in the RSVP tab to book your room. Kindly confirm by the specified date to help us with the planning.

3. What hotel should I book for the wedding?

Answer

We’ve arranged room blocks at Hotel Xcaret Mexico. We have secured a discounted rate that includes tax and fees, free transportation on arrival and departure, and free entry to 6 different parks. Please visit our wedding website's RSVP tab and click the hotel reservation link. Please note-due to the specific room block we have secured, all those not staying at Hotel Xcaret Mexico, will not be able to attend the wedding.

Hemos organizado bloques de habitaciones en el Hotel Xcaret México. Hemos obtenido una tarifa con descuento que incluye impuestos y tarifas, transporte gratuito a la llegada y salida y entrada gratuita a 6 parques diferentes. Visite la pestaña RSVP de nuestro sitio web de bodas y haga clic en el enlace de reserva de hotel. 4. Is there a deadline to book my room?

Answer

To ensure we have everything perfectly planned for our destination wedding, we kindly ask that you confirm your attendance and book your room by September 1, 2025. After this date, we will assume you are unable to join us and will no longer send updates regarding the event. We truly hope you can celebrate with us!

We're planning some fun group activities, including a welcome cocktail party, excursions, and after-parties! Full details will be shared in your wedding invitation, which will be sent out 6 months prior to the event, along with RSVP confirmations.
