Question

How do I get there?

Answer

There are three ways to get to the town of Hudson, NY. Travelers can fly into JFK or LaGuardia in NYC, and from there rent a car and drive 2.5 hours upstate to the town of Hudson, NY, where the wedding is taking place. Another option is taking the Amtrak train from Penn Station in Manhattan, NY, to the town of Hudson. Our venue, the Basilica Hudson, is conveniently located 400 feet south of the Hudson Amtrak station. Alternatively, guests can fly into Albany International Airport (50 minutes north) or Stewart International Airport in Newburgh (1 hour away) and rent a car to drive to Hudson. *Please note that the town of Hudson doesn't have any car rental locations

Question

What should I wear to the "welcome to the city" party?

Answer

Since our welcome party is on Halloween, we are throwing a Halloween masquerade. We would love to see all of our guests embodying their alternate personalities with glam, mysterious, quirky or moody ensembles and masks to match! You can see inspo in the "Attire Suggestions" tab on this site.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The wedding dress code is cocktail attire. Dark or jewel-toned suits, jackets, and dresses are encouraged for a fall theme. For a visual example/inspo, please check out the photos in the "Attire Suggestions" tab on this site.
