We are delighted to host all of our guests at the castle for the duration of the wedding celebrations. Accommodations, meals, and beverages throughout the week will be graciously provided by the bride, groom, and their families. Transportation will be arranged from Florence to the venue, as well as return transportation back to Florence. Guests will be responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Italy.
To ensure we can create an intimate and thoughtful celebration, we kindly ask that only guests specifically named on your invitation join us. We appreciate your understanding!
Our ceremony begins at 4:00pm, in which guests will be asked to find their seats at 3:45pm. We warmly invite guests to gather in the garden for a welcome drink at 3:00pm, where you'll have a moment to mingle before being seated for the celebration.
We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.
For our welcome party in the vineyard, we’re keeping the dress code formal—a polished look that’s elevated but not full black tie. Men may wear suits or jackets, and women can choose formal or cocktail‑length dresses. Think clean, stylish, and appropriate for an evening in Tuscany. For the wedding day, we ask guests to join us in black‑tie attire. Tuxedos and bow ties/ties for men; floor‑length gowns or eveningwear for women. A classic, sophisticated look to match the setting. Does not have to be black! Colors such as white, tan, champagne, beige etc. are not permitted for the entirety of the week!
We will be providing bus transportation from Florence to the venue on October 4th, and from the venue back to Florence on October 7th. This is completely optional—feel free to arrange your own transportation if you prefer.
We are requesting guests to softly RSVP by December 2026 in order to help with the logistics of wedding planning overseas. A formal RSVP will be due at a later date.
