Please join us for a welcome dinner on Friday, May 8, at the Vines family property, Buddy Vines Camp. The business was started by Chelsea’s great grandfather over 110 years ago, and has a rich history. You’ll be partying the night away right alongside Alabama’s Black Warrior River. For more details about BVC, feel free to check out: (buddyvinescamp.com/history). Transportation will be provided to/from Buddy Vines Camp via the bus company Thrasher Brothers, which will pick up at 5PM sharp on Friday evening at The Valley Hotel. (Aloft guests, this is about a 3 block walk from you.) The bus ride will be about 45 minutes each way. Bring bug spray and a light layer. Refer to the "Dress Code" tab for more details on attire. The wedding will be held in downtown Birmingham at Clubhouse on Highland. The ceremony and reception will be inside, and cocktails will be on the front porch. It's a gorgeous, intimate venue, and we can't wait to celebrate with you.

The shuttle will pick up at the Valley Hotel in Homewood at 5PM sharp. If you're planning on staying at the Aloft, it's about a three block walk to The Valley Hotel. Due to distance, there are no Ubers available to/from Buddy Vines Camp, so all attendants will need to either take the shuttle from The Valley Hotel or drive their own car. Come hungry, as we will be having BBQ!

PLEASE arrive no later than 4PM. The ceremony will last until 5, and cocktails will immediately follow until 6pm. Dinner will begin shortly thereafter, and we'll dance the night away until 10pm. The venue is less than 10 minutes from the Valley Hotel as well as the Aloft, so we recommend Ubering.
