The welcome party attire is summer casual and will be outside in a field, so please plan your footwear accordingly. We know that Friday is a travel day for many, so please feel free to come as you are.
We'll have drinks and passed appetizers. Parking will be in the field, so carpooling is a great option.

We will be providing buses to and from our hotel blocks. We'll also have a pick-up point in town for those who are staying elsewhere. Please check back for the bus schedule.
