Travel Note
Our room blocks have expired, but there are still a lot of hotel options in the Downtown area. Check Hotels.com, Expedia or other sites for their rates. Some of the less expensive hotels will be far from the downtown. Remember that the Nascar race is in the Millennium Park/Grant Park area so we'd recommend staying away from that area.

House Or Rental
There are also a ton of options when it comes to booking a rental apartment/townhouse in Chicago. We encourage you to take a look, if you are needing more space. The hotels and ceremony are in the Magnificent Mile area of Chicago, but this is very reachable by taxi/Uber/Lyft and train/bus. We selected this area due to the proximity of things to do like shopping on Michigan Avenue, getting over to Navy Pier, and walking along the Chicago River. Every neighborhood in chicago offers something different, so dont feel constrained to any one place. Please let us know if you have any questions or need help booking in any way!
Flight
Many of those traveling in will end up flying into O'Hare. There are good flight options on United and American, as well as other airlines. To get from O'Hare to downtown Chicago we recommend an Uber/Lyft (pickup is at the departure level), or a Taxi (Taxi lines are outside of baggage claim, just give them your hotel info). If you're feeling adventurous you can take the Blue Line for $5, it does take apple pay and there are pay stations prior to boarding. Depending on where you stay you'll need to take another 'L' train , bus, walk or a quick Uber/Lyft to your hotel. If you have the time, it is inexpensive, but it is not always clean and there's usually some panhandling going on.
Flight
There are also good flight options into Midway Airport which is south of the city. Southwest primarily goes into Midway, although they did recently begin service to O'Hare. From Midway you can take an Uber or Taxi. There is also the option of the 'Orange' Line CTA train, which will take you directly into the 'Loop'. From the Orange Line you can connect to all of the other train lines ( the 'Red' line for our hotel blocks) to get to your final destination.

Travel Note
For those of you driving we have parking information listed for each hotel. We also recommend the Spot Hero app which we use to find cheap parking all over the city ($20-30 per day). Keep in mind most places don't have "in and out" privileges and will be more expensive if they do. You also want to pay attention to whether it's in a garage, covered, or in an open lot. We assume most people will be parking their cars for the weekend and may take an Uber/Lyft/Taxi if they need to get around and won't need in and out access. FOR THE CEREMONY: Complimentary parking is provided for wedding guests at One Chicago Square Tower, for the duration of the wedding only. Please do not leave your car in there for an extended period of time. There is a two-hour validation for the free parking. There are two validation machines in the vestibule and you can validate your parking ticket any time before or after the ceremony. Please make sure your car leaves within the appropriate two-hour window. Otherwise you will incur a $100 fee to exit the garage. The parking garage is located at 14 W Superior St (between Dearborn and State Street, right across the street from Holy Name Cathedral). Enter and Exit on Superior Street side - it is a two-way driveway so you will come in and out the same place. FOR THE COCKTAIL HOUR / RECEPTION: There is a private, gated parking lot behind the building that any guest can park in for $15. You can enter the parking lot on S Canalport Ave. There is also ample street parking around the venue and in the Pilsen neighborhood.
