The closest airport to our destination is Syracuse (SYR). It is about a 90 minute drive to Lewis County. You can also look at flights into Rochester (ROC) which will be about a 3 hour drive to Lewis County.

Most of the weekend’s events, aside from the ceremony/reception, will take place in and around Brantingham Lake. The Bride and Groom will be staying at a house on the lake where most of the festivities will be hosted. The house will have an open-door policy all week, so if you’re not staying on the water, feel free to come by anytime and enjoy lake access! We’ve created a spreadsheet of homes we’ve pre-booked that are available for friends and family. If you’d like to reserve one, please reach out to Melissa or CJ directly. Any unclaimed homes will be released back to their owners by 3/1/26. Brantingham is a beautiful but remote lake town, and there aren’t traditional hotels right on the water, so we highly recommend booking your lodging accommodations ASAP. We’re happy to help with suggestions or coordination if needed!

Located right in the heart of Brantingham, there’s a small cabin and RV resort that offers the closest experience to a traditional hotel in the area. If you're looking for a more structured stay without booking a full house, these cabins are a great option. Availability is limited, so we recommend reserving as soon as possible! Update (2/9/26): 5 out of the 11 cabins have been booked. 6 cabins remain available, they are all 2 bedroom cabins! All single bedroom cabins are booked. You need to email/call raven acres to book as their website shows all sold out.

This hotel will have the most available and traditional accommodations. Note that it is about 20 minutes from the venue. We have 20 rooms blocked here for a rate of $109/night. We will have transportation to the reception from the Edge Hotel. Please let us know in your RSVP if you intend to take it. If you are staying at the Edge Hotel, the transportation will take you back to Edge and not to Pine Tree for the after party! ***

We are so grateful you're making the trip to celebrate with us in Lewis County, NY. We know it’s not the easiest place to get to, and we truly appreciate the effort. We hope this page helps make planning your trip a little smoother, and please don’t hesitate to text us with any questions. We want this to be as easy and enjoyable as possible for you! For those staying the full weekend near Brantingham Lake: We suggest flying into Syracuse (SYR), renting a car, and staying either at a nearby Airbnb or one of the cozy cabins at Raven Acres, right in the heart of Brantingham where most weekend events will be held. For groceries and essentials, plan to shop in Syracuse, if you haven’t been to Wegmans, it’s a must-visit! And if anything comes up last minute, there’s a Walmart just 20 minutes from Brantingham. For guests attending just the wedding ceremony: We suggest flying into Syracuse (SYR), renting a car, and staying closer to the venue in Lowville, NY. There’s a charming local bed & breakfast, as well as The Edge Hotel, just 20 minutes from the ceremony location.
