When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by April 10th, 2026, three months before the wedding, to help us finalize details for our destination celebration. That said, if you already know your plans, we’d love for you to RSVP as soon as possible to help with early event planning. Since this is a destination wedding for most of our guests, we want to make sure we’re well prepared to host everyone for the wedding and the full weekend!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Please check out our travel page on our website. We HIGHLY suggest booking your lodging arrangements as soon as possible. July is the busiest month of the year in this small lake town!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome party: 'Italian' summer attire; effortless and colorful. Think sundresses, linen, and relaxed summer style. Wedding day: Upstate Summer Formal; think flowy summer color dresses and sharp suits for a July night under the Adirondack sky. Overall, Lewis County is a laid-back, casual place, so feel free to keep things relaxed and comfortable throughout your stay.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have transportation bringing guests from Brantingham to the wedding ceremony, and back to Brantingham. In your RSVP, please make sure to note if you are staying in Brantingham and will be taking the group transportation. This is very helpful in our planning to make sure we have booked enough transportation for everyone!. If you are staying in Brantingham and do not plan to take the shuttle, please make sure you are adequate to drive safely. There are no ubers in the area. If you are staying at the Edge Hotel, the transportation will take you back to Edge and NOT to Pine Tree for the after party!

What time should I be there?

Please arrive by 4:00pm to get seated and situated before the ceremony begins!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration, we would love for you to bring your kids and families along for the weekend! They’re more than welcome to join us for all other events and festivities surrounding the big day. Please let us know if you bring your kids and need help with childcare for the wedding!
