Brantingham Area For guests staying in and around Brantingham, please arrive at the Pine Tree Inn by 3:20 PM for a 3:30 PM shuttle departure to Tug Hill Estate. You are welcome to park your car at the Pine Tree Inn for the evening. Return transportation after the wedding will bring you back there. Guests staying at Raven Acres Cabins have two options: Shuttle pickup at Pine Tree Inn (3:30 PM), or Direct pickup at Raven Acres (approximately 3:20 PM) near the cabin check-in area. Please note: Raven Acres is about 1 mile from Pine Tree Inn. If you plan to attend the after party at Pine Tree, you may need to walk back to your cabin or drive yourself. Suggested that guests planning to attend the after party should choose to drive to Pine Tree and use the shuttle from there for convenience. Edge Hotel For guests staying at The Edge Hotel, please meet outside at 3:20 PM for a 3:30 PM shuttle departure. Kindly note: The Edge Hotel is approximately 13 minutes from Pine Tree Inn Return transportation after the wedding will bring you back to the Edge Hotel If you plan to attend the after party at Pine Tree, you will need to arrange your own transportation from the Edge If you prefer to take transportation to and from Pine Tree instead, please update your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Important Reminder for All Guests Please ensure your transportation selection is updated in your RSVP so we can accommodate everyone comfortably. There are no Ubers or rideshare services available in the area, so we strongly encourage planning ahead and traveling safely. If you wish to leave the reception anytime before 10:30pm on our transportation, please note that the options would be 9pm or 9:30pm. Just head out to the shuttle and ask them to take you to either Pine Tree, Raven Acres or Edge Hotel!

Welcome party: 'Italian' summer attire; effortless and colorful. Think sundresses, linen, and relaxed summer style. Wedding day: Upstate Summer Formal; think flowy summer color dresses and sharp suits for a July night under the Adirondack sky. Overall, Lewis County is a laid-back, casual place, so feel free to keep things relaxed and comfortable throughout your stay.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have transportation bringing guests from Brantingham to the wedding ceremony, and back to Brantingham. In your RSVP, please make sure to note if you are staying in Brantingham and will be taking the group transportation. This is very helpful in our planning to make sure we have booked enough transportation for everyone!. If you are staying in Brantingham and do not plan to take the shuttle, please make sure you are adequate to drive safely. There are no ubers in the area. If you are staying at the Edge Hotel, the transportation will take you back to Edge and NOT to Pine Tree for the after party!
