Daytime Winery Welcome

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Attire: Daytime Winery Attire - Stylish yet comfortable.

We’re kicking off our wedding weekend with a relaxed welcome lunch on Thursday at a local winery, Claiborne and Churchill. A shuttle to and from winery will be provided (see below for pickup/drop off info), along with delicious boxed lunches for all attendees. Guests will be provided a complimentary glass of wine on us. Come sip, snack, and settle in with us as we begin the celebration together! Shuttle Service Instructions We will be providing a shuttle service accommodating up to 30 guests. Pickup: The shuttle will depart from the front lobby of the Apple Farm Inn at 11:45 AM. Return: The shuttle will leave Claiborne and Churchill at 2:15 PM to bring guests back to the hotel. Please plan to be ready a few minutes early to ensure an on-time departure.

Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Attire: Coastal Cowboy Chic - casual and comfortable. Cowboy boots and hats encouraged.

Join us for our welcome party hosted on our property. Food, beer, wine, and cocktails will be provided. Enjoy live music, a photo booth, and gorgeous Central Coast views as you mingle, relax, and celebrate with us. Parking Instructions: If you plan to park, please use the United Methodist Church parking lot located at 1515 Fredericks Street. From there, we will provide a shuttle up to our home or you are welcome to walk (it is a 3 min walk). If you Uber, you can get dropped off at 302 Chaplin Lane and walk through our front door. Please note: Overnight parking is not permitted at the church.

Wedding

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Garden Formal. Elegant but comfortable. Block heels or flats are encouraged as the ceremony will be on the grass. Suits encouraged. We suggest bringing a shawl or jacket as it can get chilly at night. There will be heaters as well.

Join us for the celebration of the weekend at a stunning private coastal California oasis. Nestled among the rolling hills of Santa Margarita, just 15 minutes from San Luis Obispo, this 1,400-acre working ranch will serve as the backdrop for our special day. We invite you to share in our ceremony, followed by cocktails and appetizers, dinner, and an unforgettable evening of celebration and dancing. Shuttle and Parking Instructions: If you will be utilizing the provided shuttle, it will be picking guests up from the front lobby of Apple Farm Inn at 2:45 pm sharp. There will be space enough for 75 people. For return transportation, the shuttle will depart from the venue at 10:15 pm. For those driving, there will be plenty of space and parking attendants to help direct.
