Question

What is your address for wedding gifts?

Answer

Aaron Ocker 49931 90th Street Bricelyn, MN 56014

Question

Can I bring a plus one or a friend along?

Answer

Yes! If you want to bring a friend or plus one and the option is not showing up or it seems like it won't let you, just shoot us a text and we'll make sure to add that to our count! Our phone numbers are at the top of this page. :)

Question

Can I bring my children or my baby?

Answer

Yes! Aaron and I both work with kids of a variety of ages and would not mind one bit if you brought your kiddos along with you. Our wedding ceremony will be pretty short, Also, our open house is come and go! So if your little one is getting restless or having a rough day, you can stay as long or as short as you'd like or are able to. :)

Question

Is the wedding and open house at the same place?

Answer

No. If you'd like to know the address to our wedding or open house, our "Schedule" tab at the top of our website will have the locations of both places. Our wedding will be held in Blue Earth, MN at the church Victoria's father pastors. Our open house will be at Aaron's current home which is about 20-25 minutes away from Victoria's church. This is the home we will both be living in after we get married. So we are excited to have you all come over and see our home.

Question

Is the wedding and open house indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be held inside at River of Life Worship Center in Blue Earth. The open house will be both indoors and outdoors at Aaron's home. He lives out in the country so he has a lovely shaded and open yard area to wander, and you will also be welcomed into our home where snacks and refreshments will be.

Question

What can I expect from an open house?

Answer

We wanted our guests to be able to come to our home, relax, and chat with us more personally. You are welcomed to come and go as you please and there is no pressure to stay the whole time nor are there any specific events for which you will need to stay. If you come "late" (past 2:30pm), don't worry! Our set aside time for our open house is 2:30pm-4:30pm. Think of it like a graduation open house. We will be serving snacks and refreshments. If you are curious about areas to catch a quick meal before coming in to our wedding or open house or even after, you can check out our "Things to do and Places to eat" tab above on this website. We have linked some places we love to eat in this area.

Question

Is the dress code really more casual?

Answer

As a couple, we are pretty relaxed when it comes to clothing. Because our open house will be more indoor and outdoors, we want people to be comfortable. If you would like to dress up, we'd love that! But if that feels uncomfortable to you, don't worry about it. Just make sure you have some shoes that you can walk in grass or on gravel with since our open house is at our home in the country. :)
