Hello! The wedding and open house are still on! We are still having our wedding ceremony at the River of Life Worship Center and the open house will still be at Aaron and Victoria's home in the country. Here are some things we are doing to work along with the Covid-19 guidance. At the guest table, you will take the pen you use with you, and you can share your pen with your family or friends if you feel comfortable doing so. When you are ready to be seated, the ushers will guide you to your spot. If you are nervous or want to specifically be distanced far from others, there will be seating downstairs with a live stream feed so you can still watch the wedding. At the open house, you will need to sanitize your hands with hand sanitizer, which will be provided, before eating any food. If you do not plan to eat, you will not need to sanitize your hands. Once again, if you want people to socially distance from you, a mask is a great visual reminder to others that you want space. Our wedding will be recorded and shared after the ceremony. We understand completely if you are unable to attend due to Covid-19, and we hope you will be able to watch the ceremony later. Thank you so much for your flexibility and cooperation! We cannot wait to celebrate with those who come! See you all soon!
The beginning of our story was quite the adventure. We lived in the same area for quite a few years on and off, but we never once ran into each other. Our dad’s even meet once a month for ministerial and other ministry related events, yet we had never met. Now as we look back on those years where we had never encountered one another, we can see that God allowed us to meet in His perfect timing. Let's begin, Victoria and Elizabeth wanted to start a local dinner club, and began by reconnecting with old friends in the area, including Morgan Frandle, a mutual friend of both Aaron and Victoria. Morgan invited Victoria and Elizabeth to a game night at Aaron’s house, and after that first night of laughter and time spent with friends, they were keen to keep returning for more game nights over the next few weeks. During this time, Victoria learned that Aaron, even as a youth director, had never been tee-peed, and resolved to help initiate his "youth director" title by tee-peeing his house. She was exceptionally successful in tee-peeing his bathroom in five minutes while Aaron and some friends were downstairs watching a movie. Aaron thought the practical joke was hilarious. Soon after this mini prank, Aaron asked Victoria on their first date, and they spent an evening watching the sunset and driving through the countryside. After that, they went on a whirlwind of dates and spent quite a bit of time together. They soon became engaged, and are so excited to begin the rest of their lives together.
