Bourbon Orleans Hotel

Our Ceremony and Reception will be taking place at this stunning, 200 year old Hotel in the courtyard and attached carriage house. We have set up a room block from Wed. Oct. 3rd 2018-Sat. Oct. 6th 2018. If you prefer, you can always call the RESERVATIONS Department directly. Monday thru Friday 8am until 5pm or Saturday 8am thru 4pm. Just ask for Coons Trejo Wedding Room Block. Please have them call Monique (504-571-4626) or Jeanette (504-571-4627) and they will be happy to make your reservations. All reservations must be made by August 3rd to receive discount, after that the rooms will be released to other hotel guests and will no longer be discounted. (you do not have to stay here, there are many other hotels in the area, this is just the most convenient.)

Four Points by Sheraton French Quarter

This hotel is right on Bourbon Street, so is close to all the bars and attractions on Bourbon, may not be for everyone as it can get very loud at night.

kayak.com is where we usually book our flights, however if you book directly from a specific airline you may get better prices. Also, Kayak offers hotel, and flight packages as well as rental cars (if you are planning on traveling outside the Quarter during your stay)

If your not driving in, or renting a car during your stay, you can get around by using the beautiful streetcars and/or by using Uber or Lyft. There are also several cab companies in the area.

Driving to NOLA?

If your driving, don't be nervous. It may be a LONG drive for some, but it's a fairly easy drive to split between two or three experienced drivers. The link above is a cool site helping to plan your trip, but the best bet is to just use google maps App or a GPS.

Transportation to French Quarter/Hotel from the airport

There are multiple cabs that will take you directly to your hotel in New Orleans directly outside the airport. The fees are flat fees, normally around $20-$30 depending on the company. We will be looking into setting up a shuttle as well for those staying at The Bourbon Orleans Hotel. More info on the shuttle will come at a later date).
