Matron of Honor
Always had the title of BFF - since 1991. Lover of Disney, the Beatles, classic Barbies, cheese, peach bellinis, and her gorgeous baby Winn. We've truly witnessed the highs and lows of teenage angst and awkwardness and survived - friendship stronger than ever.
Best Man
He's a recent dad to baby Ava, my favorite niece, is a nurse, and is the culprit of "Cooney-time" (that'll irritate him when he reads that). He's the most creative, funny, and artistic among the Cooney-clan. He moves to the beat of his own drum and some folks even believe he's a better dancer than me...you'll have to be the judge of that at our wedding, though! Favorite stories to ask him: Fishing trip at Follensby Pond, Texas trip to visit family, throwing a log at me while I ran away, Halloween party 2016, visiting Elizabeth in Montreal Best thing he brings to the party: ghost whistles, long-winded stories, survival skills Weapon of choice during a zombie apocalypse: twin katanas
Bridesmaid
Cousin. Artist, travel planner, part-time cartographer, baker, bargain hunter, and loves taxidermy and animal bones (not in a creepy way). We were both at each other's proposals and when we do snapchat face swaps, we don't look that different.
Groomsman
Drewski is one of my many cousins but has been a little bro to me since we were kids. He's fond of unique cuisine, loves skiing and the Jets, and can be found at a Moe's once a week. Drew's a Plattsburgh State alumni like a lot of members of our family and that's where he became well versed in Canadian politics...don't get him started though. Favorite stories to ask him: Kitzbuhel, his profile picture above, and my 21st at the McCrea Best thing he brings to the party: Frat boy party stamina & hopefully that wrestling outfit Weapon of choice during zombie apocalypse: grenade
Bridesmaid
Cousin. Acrobatic horse whisperer, artist, business-woman, Cameron Diaz look-a-like. At any family function we were often found doing cartwheels or handstands together. If you challenge her to an arm wrestling battle, you will lose.
Groomsman
Young bro of the bride, Dylan is the baby of the family as am I and therefore has been given extra special treatment since birth...it probably explains why we're so awesome. Known for his intellectual conversations, love of whiskey & cokes, grilling meat, and watching action flicks. Thus, Dylan was a natural choice for being a member of my wedding party. Favorite Stories to ask him about: Sugarbush skiing w/the rents, Sebago golf cart trip party, Raptah Brah Best thing he brings to the party: that american hat, throwback gangsta rap, & late night revelry Weapon of choice during a zombie apocalypse: dirty harry pistol
Bridesmaid
Sister of the groom. Mama to the adorable baby Cam, a fellow snack connoisseur who has impeccable style, and is a brillant baby doctor. FOMO level is arguably near John's status and is known affectionately as Bear Coon.
Groomsman
Rahzy, Rah-zell, E-Rahzy, or the Rahz. He's leaps & bounds more intelligent than me, arguably almost as handsome, but woefully lacking in terms of athletic ability. He's been my buddy since Xbox Connect Halo 1 & Ghost Recon days back in 2002, fired off many fireworks together, assaulted 100s of people with paintballs & airsoft, and he's enjoyed many bags of muncho's & yoohoos around our backyard bonfires. Thankfully his wife (Darien) wears the pants in the relationship. Favorite stories to ask him: Shorty Shorts, polar plunges, "mommy I am right here!", Oneonta, Best thing he brings to the party: try-hard-&-dont-care dance moves, inside info on Microsoft Weapon of choice for zombie apocalypse: sawed off shotgun
Bridesmaid
College friend. Theta sister, fellow rower, dog mama, wine and cheese lover, and blogging queen. Friendship was forged through parallel experiences abroad in Australia, early morning crew practice, and frolicking around Colonial Williamsburg.
Groomsman
He's the fastest of my friends, also the best at Halo 2, Diablo, Starcraft, and owning on Eric & I in all 3 of those games too. Ali's been a long time friend since the youth soccer days, visited me in Australia, and now resides in Monterey Bay CA. He's known for his charisma and is always the guest of honor whenever he graces us with his presence in the northeast. Favorite Stories to ask him: Oneonta, snowball fights at house parties at Skidmore, powersliding in strawberry acres, Eagle Lake Best thing he'll bring to the party: Lebanese summer sausage, succulents, a few black & milds Weapon of choice for a zombie apocalypse: 50 pack of ninja stars (will salvage the rest)
Bridesmaid
Friend. Vermonter, hiker, designer, baker, fellow Harry Potter fan, travel companion, lover of wine and cheese, and our former neighbor. A friendship forged while dancing through downtown Burlington nightlife, binge-watching Vampire Diaries, and annual girls trips from Montreal, Nashville, to Disney.
Groomsman
Tallest of the groomsmen, super funny, and the most chillest of dudes. Our bro-mance began on a Cortland State club lax road trip down to College Park MD where we bonded over the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, cold beer, and funny stories. A most excellent of adventures have included: Firefly music festival 2013 & 2014, Ski trip send-sessions in Italy, Colorado, VT, and France. He's a friend that Veronica tells me to not try to keep up with when we're partying. Favorite stories to ask him about: Burlington to Montreal & back. Cafe Sexys, flammable flatulence, "The McCaffrey Contract" Best thing he brings to the party: tailgate table to slam through & hopefully the shot-ski Weapon of choice for zombie apocalypse: 9-iron golf club
Flower Girl
Her current likes include flamingos & mermaids and she is quite the athlete and budding gymnast. She might even be better than Veronica was at her age as she is already doing flips on the bars and walking across the balance beam - at age 3!
Groomsman
Matt's a good buddy of mine up here in VT. We first met at pickup soccer, I dusted passed him with a simple chop move and he chopped my legs out. But the past is the past. We've had some notorious nights together, great powder days at Smuggs & Sugarbush, and he can cook a helluva meal. He & Emily (his wife) are our "neighbors" and frequent visitors to our house. Favorite stories to ask him: Cam's canoe bachelor party, Cam & Kaitlyn's wedding after party, the Pho Hong night. Best thing he brings to the party: wine swagger, plastic grocery bag of 4 beers Weapon of choice during zombie apocalypse: evil possessed mandolin - watch ya fingers!
Flower Girls
Rainbows, mermaids, unicorns, space, and bugs are a few of their favorite things. That and jumping off the raft at Lake Sebago with Uncle Johnny & Auntie V - WITH goggles.
