Homewood Suites by Hilton

This is the hotel where we will be booking a hotel block. The hotel rooms within the block must be booked 45 days before the wedding at the latest (so by July 21, 2021) in order to receive the discounted rate. To book you must contact the hotel directly and use the code WBA. Check in begins at 3pm so we recommend coming to the hotel ready to go to the wedding if you are only staying for the night of the wedding and plan on taking the shuttle. You will be able to leave your car and bags in their parking lot and can check in after the wedding. You can also arrive on Saturday 9/4/21 if you would like to get ready at the hotel before taking the shuttle to the wedding venue. The hotel offers breakfast in the morning, has a pool, fitness room and some rooms are even pet friendly for dogs up to 75 pounds!

Shuttle from Hotel to the Venue

A shuttle will be departing from Homewood Suites in Dover to pick up guests and bring them to the venue. It will be departing from the front entrance of the hotel promptly at 2:00pm in order to be at the venue with time for guests to get comfortable prior to the start of the ceremony. We want everyone to stay safe and have fun celebrating! Guests can get to the venue no earlier than 2:30pm. The shuttle will also be available to bring guests back to the hotel.

Shuttle from the Venue to Hotel

A shuttle will depart the reception to drop guests back off at the Homewood Suites in Dover. The shuttle will depart right after the send off of the newlyweds as guests must leave the venue by 9:15pm so the Flag Hill crew can cleanup. We urge guests to use the provided shuttle as we want everyone to stay safe! If you drive yourself to the venue, you can still take the shuttle back to the hotel and leave your vehicle at the venue for pick up the next morning. Please do not drink and drive!

Bus

C&J Trailways has a coach bus that runs from Boston Logan Airport and between several cities in NH. There is a C&J bus stop right across the street from where we have a hotel block booked in Dover, NH.

Flight

Manchester - Boston Regional Airport

For those guests who will be flying in, the closest airport to us is Manchester Regional Airport. However, there are several other airports in the area.

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)

For those guests who will be flying in, the largest airport near us is Boston Logan. However, there are several other airports in the area. We would recommend taking C&J from the airport to a local New Hampshire bus station where pickup or Uber can be coordinated.

Train

For guests in the New England area, taking the train right into Exeter or Dover may work best for you. We can arrange for pickups and drop offs at the train stations. Uber is also available to get between the station and hotels.
