What is the dress code?

Cocktail, please; but we want you to feel comfortable.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be provided for all guests. Check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need. We want everyone to enjoy the bar while safely getting to and from our event.

What type of bar will be at the reception?

Answer

Upon arrival, each guest of age will be given 3 drink tickets to go towards an alcoholic beverage of beer, wine, and a His or Hers Special cocktail. Non-alcoholic beverages (soda, water, juice, etc.) will be open. Once a guest uses all three of their drink tickets, they will be responsible for paying for their own beverages. Unused/unwanted tickets can be traded and given to other guests of age.

Will there be food options for those with dietary restrictions and food allergies?

Answer

Yes, we will work with our caterer to make sure everyone’s dietary needs are met as well as making sure meals are allergen safe! Please let us know if you have any food allergies or special meal requirements such as gluten free or vegetarian.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids invited?

This will primarily be an adults only reception. If your invitation says “and Family,” then yes, if not, we would prefer to limit children to our immediate family members.

Are there COVID-19 restrictions?

Answer

We understand that there is a lot of concern regarding Covid-19 and how it may affect events. The tented vineyard side venue at Flag Hill is a large, open space so there is literally and figuratively breathing room. The bar area and areas with food and drink service will have precautions put in place to ensure social distancing or added safety measures, bar and food stations will have sneeze guards- servers will be wearing gloves and masks.
