Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Detroit Farmington Hills

We have booked a limited number of rooms at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel, which is a short driving distance from Glen Oaks Golf Course right off of the 696 Freeway. If you would prefer to call the hotel for your reservation, mention the 'Venadam-Williams Wedding Block' to receive our discounted rate. To book your reservations online with our rate, please click the 'View' button below! All reservations must be made prior to September 2nd in order to receive the discounted block rate; however, remaining available rooms can still be reserved at full-price following this date. Since many members of our bridal party are from out of town, our discounted hotel rate is running from September 22nd through the 24th; therefore please ensure that the dates selected through the website correlates with the dates that you plan on staying.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Fairfield Inn & Suites to Glen Oaks Golf Course

September 23, 2022 11:30 pm - 12:00 am

A shuttle service will be available for guests staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. This shuttle will have limited seating, but two trips will be made. There will be a shuttle leaving the hotel at 4:45 pm and another at 5:10 pm to go to Glen Oaks for the ceremony. Following the reception, there will be two trips back; one leaving Glen Oaks at 11:40 pm and another leaving at 12:10 am (immediately after the end of the reception). Overnight parking is allowed at our venue, so cars may be left there and picked up the following day if needed. If you have any questions about this service, please reach out to Bret and Katherine!
