Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Our wedding ceremony will be held at Glen Oaks Country Club either in the outdoor courtyard or indoor ballroom dependent on weather conditions. Glen Oaks will be open to our guests at 5 pm prior to the ceremony, so feel free to arrive early, explore the beautiful scenery, and meet fellow guests before finding your seat for the ceremony.
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Following the ceremony, there will be hors d'oeuvres available in the ballroom and drinks available at the open bar. We would love for everyone to find their table, meet their table-mates, chat with friends and family, and explore the beautiful patio area while the newlyweds and bridal party finish with their photographs. Afterwards, the bridal party will be making their grand entrance, followed by introductions, speeches, and a toast before the start of dinner.
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Following speeches and toasts, dinner will be served in a buffet-style manor while the newlyweds make their rounds to catch up with our wonderful guests! While we hope there will be enough options for everyone's personal preferences, please discuss any severe allergies or specific food restrictions ahead of time in the RSVP question below to ensure everyone can enjoy their dinner safely and fully.

Following dinner, the newlyweds will break in the dance floor with their first dances, followed by the bridal party and remainder of their wonderful guests. Bret & Katherine have elected to take requests ahead of time in order for our DJ to prepare in advance, so please place any special song requests you have below. From slow and romantic, some throw-backs, and even a few polkas (we're looking at you, Karschnia Family...), everything is accepted! There will also be a late-night snack of pizza brought out at 10 pm to provide that added energy boost to keep everyone dancing! The newlyweds truly hope that the open bar, beautiful venue, and amazing guest list will ensure an incredible wedding reception full of love, laughter, and memories!
