Mehendi, Sangeet, and Rehearsal Dinner

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Colorful festive attire (dressy casual/semi-formal). Indian attire encouraged but not necessary.

Shuttle service provided to/from hotel: 4pm-6pm and 8pm-11pm (approx. every 20 min) 4pm-6pm: Mehendi and appetizers 6pm-7pm: Sangeet 7pm-9pm: Dinner and open dance floor Mehendi is a joyful and decorative tradition where henna designs are applied on guest's palms, symbolizing beauty, love, and prosperity. Mehendi will be followed by a Sangeet where friends and family of the happy couple perform organized dances. The night will end with a Rehearsal Dinner where guests can enjoy a delicious meal together, and share heartfelt toasts or stories in anticipation of the big day.

Ceremony

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Western or Indian formal attire. The ceremony will be outside, and it can get hot when the sun is out but chilly after sunset.

Shuttle service provided to/from the hotel: 3:30pm-6pm and 8:30pm-11pm. Please join us for a Western style ceremony where Vani and Trevor will exchange vows, garlands and rings. The ceremony will be a short event after which Trevor and Vani will be pronounced husband and wife.

Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Casual/comfy attire.

Shuttle service provided to/from the hotel from 9:30am-1:30pm. We would love to bid you farewell before you make your return trip.
