Estes Park is usually sunny and mild with the temperatures ranging from the mid 60's to low 70's. Evenings can get chilly dropping down to 40's so we recommend layers!
Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). All other wedding festivities, including cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will be held indoors.
While we love your little ones, our venue does not allow anyone under the age of 13. Because of this, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy the night out, have some time to relax, and know that we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Our celebration will be semi-formal to formal. We invite guests to dress to match the elegant mountain setting, mid to floor-length dresses and suit jackets with dress shirts and ties are perfect. We kindly ask all guests to wear black attire to complement the evenings style and that you leave the jeans at home.
We're so excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones! Due to the intention to keep the celebration small and meaningful, we are only able to accommodate those names on the invitation. We hope you understand and know how much we appreciate your presence.
Yes! Guests planning to enjoy beer, wine, or cocktails will need a valid physical ID, as our bartenders are required to check identification.
Yes! We will have shuttles running to all wedding weekend events within Estes Park. To make sure you are picked up and dropped off at your lodging, please send us the address of your Airbnb, VRBO, or hotel once you have booked it so we can include it on the shuttle route.
You can reach out to Alex or Meg directly with any questions or concerns regarding dietary restrictions or allergies. There will also be a place to mark restrictions on our RSVP.
While we love to party, please keep in mind that one drink in Estes Park elevation is two back at sea level. So for our Midwesterners, please keep this in mind. We will have an open bar with select drinks. Again, please mix waters in throughout the night as elevation is 7,522 ft.
We will not be reserving hotel blocks for our wedding weekend. We want everyone to have the freedom to choose the type of stay that works best for them, whether it’s a cozy cabin, a mountain lodge, a hotel, or a vacation rental. Once you have booked your stay, please send us the address so we can include it as a stop on the wedding weekend shuttle. For ideas, we have put together a list of recommended places to stay on our Travel page. You can also explore Airbnb to find the option that best fits your individual needs and budget.
