Room rate is $129 per night and that rate applies to any nights between February 19th- 24th. The hotel provides free "cooked-to-order" breakfast (6am- 9am M-F; 7:30am- 10:30am Sat. & Sun.) as well as an evening reception (every night 5:30-7:30pm) with complimentary drinks and light appetizers. The cut-off date for these bookings is at midnight on January 27th, 2020. After this date all rooms will be released into general inventory.
Shuttle
Embassy Suites & Car Barn

We want to make sure our friends and family have a fun and SAFE evening! The 13 person shuttle will take guests from the Embassy Suites hotel to the Car Barn for the ceremony, the earlier the better to ensure everyone gets a seat! (It will run continuously until 5pm.) After the festivities, we will help coordinate Ubers/ UberXLs/etc. back to the hotel. The hotel and the Car Barn are less than 2 miles apart so it will be a quick and cheap ride!

CHA (Chattanooga Airport)
Although it is a smaller airport, it still has every thing you need! Flights might be a little more expensive vs. flying into Nashville or Atlanta, but you will save on time as it is a 2 hour 30 minute drive from either of those airports to Chattanooga.

ATL (Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport)
Atlanta has a big, beautiful airport! Don't forget to take that into account when comparing flights and pricing- Atlanta also has big, bad traffic so typical drive time from ATL to Chattanooga is at least 2 and a half hours.

BNA (Nashville International Airport)
Nashville, like Atlanta, offers more variety with flight times and airlines vs. the Chattanooga Airport. Just be aware it takes at least 2 and a half hours to drive to Chattanooga and work that into your time table! : )
Travel Note
Driving
You may choose to drive to Chattanooga! If coming from the Chicago area, you can either drive through Indianapolis and Louisville, or straight south through southern Illinois. The drive takes about 10.5 hours either route.
