How to get to South Lake Tahoe

South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150

Here's a great site that gives you ways to get to South Lake Tahoe.

Reno-Tahoe Airport

Reno, NV 89502

This is the best place to fly into. It is about a 1 hour drive to South Lake Tahoe. You can carpool or drive a rental car up to Tahoe! Also, there is a convenient express shuttle service available multiple times per day from the South Tahoe Airporter (http://southtahoeairporter.com/).

San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

San Francisco, CA 94128

A larger, busier airport to fly into. There may be more flight options, and you can always explore SF before heading up to Tahoe. However, a rental car is required because it is a 3-4 hr drive (depending on traffic).

South Lake Tahoe AirBnB

South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150

South Lake Tahoe is a major tourist destination, so there are amazing Airbnb options all around the city. Looking for a place to stay? Coordinate with other wedding guests using the link below to book AirBnb's with others and make new friends!

Hotels

Hotels

South Lake Tahoe, CA

There are many relatively affordable hotels to stay at in South Lake Tahoe. However, we did not reserve any hotel blocks. A suggestion would be to look at the casino hotels, such as the Hard Rock, since they are all reasonably priced (~$90-100) and right next to the venue.
