When should we RSVP by?

Answer

We would like to have a headcount on who can and cannot make it to celebrate with us by the last week of June. Please feel free to RSVP early, otherwise you will receive a follow up as we approach June 22nd.

Will the event take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We want the afternoon to be enjoyed by all and will help accommodate by coordinating a venue with A/C!

Are kids allowed to attend?

Answer

Yes! We understand that making accommodations to get an afternoon off can be difficult, so we have booked a venue that allows guests of all ages. Boulevard's Rec Deck has activities to keep your kiddos entertained including deck shuffleboard, foosball, and various board games.

How do we get to the Rec Deck?

Answer

Located at 2534 Madison Avenue, Boulevard's Rec Deck is on the 4th floor of the building. Upon entering the ground floor, there are elevators off to your right that you can take up. If you're looking to burn off some calories before you start drinking, stairs are also available.

What does parking look like at Boulevard?

Answer

There should be sufficient parking for everyone, as Boulevard has various street parking, as well as covered and uncovered spots near their building.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is casual, however we'd prefer this is "smart casual." Find a happy medium that splits gym shorts and tennis shoes but not as classy as a button up and sport coat. If you have any questions please reach out directly to Jacob for assistance navigating.

What are we going to do after the Rec Deck?

Answer

The rest of the night is yours! Feel free to make separate plans or keep the evening open, as we'll likely move onto another location to keep the party going.
